Saints in London Give-away Rules
  1. No purchase is necessary.
  2. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years old with a valid passport and a legal resident of Louisiana at the time of entry to win.
  3. This Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules.
  4. One (1) Prize Winner.
  5. Only one (1) entry per household and MUST be entered only on the designated day of the drawings.
  6. Contest begins on May 26, 2008 and ends on August 29, 2008. Final entry deadline is August 29, 2008 at 4:45 p.m. CDST.
  7. The geographic scope of this promotion is the state of Louisiana. The Sponsors of this Contest are Hixson Autoplex and KALB-TV.
  8. The odds of winning are based upon the number of entries received.


    9. PRIZES - Description of prizes:
  9. One (1) Prize Winner will receive:
    1. Two (2) NFLOL London Premium Package: Section 225 sideline seats
    2. Three (3) nights accommodations at the Hyatt Regency London-double occupancy
    3. Saturday night party
    4. game day transportation to/from Hyatt and Wembly
    5. VIP entrance
    6. ticket to Tailgate party prior to game
    Retail value is $5398.00.
  10. All federal, state and other taxes relating to any prize, and any travel, hotel accommodations or other expenses relating to any prize, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
  11. Prizes are not transferable, substitutable, or exchangeable for cash except that Hixson Autoplex or KALB-TV in its discretion may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any such changes will be announced. Alternate winners are subject to all eligibility requirements and restrictions of these Official Rules.


    12. ELIGIBILITY

  13. All participants must be at least twenty-one (21) years old with a valid passport and a legal resident of Louisiana at the time of entry.
  14. Employees of Hixson Autoplex, KALB-TV, and any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers, franchisees, promoters, and agents of any of these, and the immediate families (defined as spouse, parents, siblings or children)of the employees of any of these, are not eligible to enter or to win.


    15. TO ENTER
  15. Register at Hixson Autoplex at 2506 MacArthur Drive, Alexandria, LA during regular business hours on the contest dates of May 26, 2008 through August 29, 2008. The participants who fail to supply all required information will not be eligible to win and will not be notified by Hixson Autoplex or KALB-TV.
  16. All correct entries will be entered in a random drawing of four (4) persons, one (1) person per drawing which will be drawn on KALB TV’s, Live at 5 on the following dates. May 30, 2008; June 27, 2008; July 25, 2008 and August 29, 2008. These four (4) names will be placed in the grand drawing that will be held on September 26, 2008. To become eligible for a prize, entries must be received by August 29, 2008 no later than 4:45 p.m. Central Daylight Savings Time.
  17. If KALB-TV selects your name as a prize winner, Hixson Autoplex or KALB-TV will contact you in accordance with the information you supplied to Hixson Autoplex or KALB-TV. Winners may be verified over the telephone at the time and may be asked to provide Hixson Autoplex, 2506 MacArthur Drive, Alexandria LA, valid identification and execute an affidavit of eligibility. Identification includes a valid driver’s license or other valid picture ID showing name and address. Faxes will not be accepted. The winners may also be required to sign other legal documents, including tax forms and a release supplied by Hixson Autoplex, which, among other disclaimers, releases Hixson Autoplex, KALB-TV and a range of subsidiaries, directors, agents, agencies, affiliates, franchisees, promoters, officers, directors, employees and related persons from any and all liability related to this Contest and the receipt and use of the prize.
  18. The information contained on the Official Entry Form becomes the property of Hixson Autoplex. The verified prize winners may arrange to pick up their prizes at Hixson Autoplex, 2506 MacArthur Drive, Alexandria, LA. If Hixson Autoplex is unable to speak directly to a winner within two (2) days from initial attempted notification, Hixson Autoplex in its sole discretion may disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner or remove the prize from the Contest.
  19. Hixson Autoplex, KALB-TV, their affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies will not be responsible for the inability to select winners because of postal failure, equipment failure, or data storage failure.


    20. MISCELLANEOUS
  20. All federal, state and local laws apply. Sponsors shall be entitled to interpret these rules as needed — including but not limited to rules regarding entries, selection of winner, deadlines, restrictions on prizes, and eligibility — and all of their decisions are final. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules. Hixson Autoplex and KALB-TV reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest or any part of this Contest should any non-authorized intervention, network failure, information storage failure, telecommunications failure, malfunction,or other causes beyond its control, corrupt or impair the security, administration, fairness and/or operation of this Contest as determined by Hixson Autoplex and KALB-TV in its sole discretion. Hixson Autoplex or KALB-TV is not responsible for entries that for any reason are not received by Hixson Autoplex by the deadline stated above.
  21. For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope by mail to: “Hixson Autoplex Saints in London Giveaway,” c/o Hixson Autoplex, 2506 MacArthur Drive, Alexandria, LA 71301 after October 17, 2008.

  23. By accepting a prize, winners agree to award Sponsors the right to publicize their names, photographs (including the use and appearance of winner's photograph on Sponsors’ web pages), likenesses, biographical information, e-mail address, voices and details of winning for purposes of this and future promotions without further compensation.
  24. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with this Contest in any way will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
